T3 Tourmaline 83430-se Medium Duality 1 3/8 inch Flat Iron

This is a great straightener, but I have come across one problem. Apparantly a T3 customer service person told me through e-mail that if you order this straightener from Amazon and not straight from Sephora's website then your warranty won't work. This didn't bother me too much, but for those that want a warranty just go to sephora.com. I am not sure if this straightener is better than CHI, but it does work, and I am happy about my purchase. I also didn't get a direction manual, and I emailed the company and they sent one to me very quickly.

This is the second time that I have purchased this iron. The first one got ruined when my International adaptor blew and fried my poor iron. I replaced the original with a CHI iron based on reviews that I had read and I must say that it didn't come close to comparing to this iron. I have since purchased this iron again and remembered why I love it. It leaves your hair feeling so soft - it never pulls or feels like it is damaging the ends - it also creates a beautiful flip or curl at the end with a twist of the wrist.

My advice is skip the CHI and go for this iron especially since Amazon had some retailers that offer it at a fantastic value!

I have had this flat iron for over five years and love it. I have had the CHI before and had to give it away because it did not work for me and hated it. But the T3 is perfect for my small hands and I have extremely thick long hair that would be described as being a medium-coarse texture. It makes my hair extremely straight and shiny, especially when used with the right hair products. I highly recommend this flat iron.
