Bought this as a gift for my daughter to replace a very expensive one she got at a mall kiosk that shorted out. This one works well so far. She really likes it & likes the results. If she is happy, I am happy.

I've tried several different flat irons and none of them seemed to do the job well. They either didn't do a good job smooting my hair or they snagged it because of the irons design. My hair stylist swears by her T3 that she has had for 2 years now and so I finally took her advise and got one for myself. WOW - what a difference!!! I don't think I will ever buy anything else but a T3!!
