I've been an old school curling iron kinda gal (hey, it's not my fault I grew up as a teen in the 1980's), and finally got tired of trying to use a curling iron to smooth my hair, and of course, get the creases. Just a mess. I recently purchased a T3 hairdryer, and love it, so thought I would try a T3 flat iron. The product is substantial, does not feel cheap, and was quick and simple to use. It truly did take a single pass through my wavy hair to smooth it out, without overheating or frying my hair. Great product!

Please do not purchase from this vendor. The iron does not work after the first use, it just keeps shutting off and sounds like it is shorting. It was sent to me in a direct tv box! The iron box was not sealed, it was as if they had sent me a defective product already having opened it. I have been a customer of Amazon for years and have never had an issue. I tried this iron when a friend visited me - her iron was great! Purchase from a known seller such as sephora. It is as the old saying goes - you really get what you pay for. I have never written a poor review but this product seller merits this...like one of the reviews said "shady"...I would have to agree! Please spend the extra and purchase an iron that works!

I bought this item and all I can say is that it is not worth it.. When it arrived it never worked, then I realized they don't give you the option to return it from Amazon easily. You have to contact the seller and you have to pay for the shipping cost in order to get a refund.. Unbelievable that they charge you for an item that was defective in order to return it!!!
