Comment: I bought this iron because I have decided to go natural and not cut off my relaxed hair. It works great on both the relaxed and natural portions of my hair. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others! It is also nice to get the bag, hair clips, and brush along with the flat iron all for one low price!!!

Comment: This is certainly no CHI... it broke within the first 2 weeks! This was a replacement for my CHI Turbo. The CHI worked for over five years before the cord got a loose connection and didn't heat without holding the cord. For much of this time, I traveled monthly and packed the CHI in my luggage. In fact, the CHI visited three different continents with me! I dropped it a lot and even left it on (accidentally) several times. With the FHI, I left it on one time, never dropped it, and it quit working. If you are used to a Walmart brand flat iron, this will be an upgrade; however, if you are used to a CHI, this will be like going back to a Walmart brand. I have fine, short, wavy, and frizzy hair - not too hard to straighten. This product took me twice as long as my CHI and did not help my hair stand up to the humidity of the gulf coast. On the plus side, the FHI was lighter (felt a little cheap) and more compact. I also burned my hand every time I straightened my hair because the part where your hand goes gets way too hot. Don't waste your money on this product! Pay the difference and get a CHI!
