Comment: This product leaves kinks in my hair very easily and burns fingers while trying to create curls. This is better for short hair.

my hair got caught and pulled in the small gap in the plates too many times that I finally decided to return it. Such a shame 'coz if not for that I would have kept it.

Comment: My product was received brand new in a box in excellent condition and in a very timely manner. I was kept up-to-date on the status and would definately purchase again from Amazon. This product was also about $50 less than they were selling it for in the store.
