Summary: AMAZING!!! BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!! 2008-08-08
Comment: I purchased this product from a kiosk at the manhattan mall- i did not want to get the pink or the balck and when i spotted this flat iron in blue i fell in love with it- i have tried many hair straightners/flatirons and i find that this is the one i keep coming back too- i have tried the chi, cheeper brands(i.e. conair), sedu and hot tools among others and i still think that this is the best one out there- i have herad that some people have recieved defective items which is why i suggest going to your local mall when buying this flat iron- after you purchase this flat iron at the mall have one of the people try it on your hair or try it yourself because if you get a working one it works wonders-it doesn't slpit/pull/tug/burn your hair- it makes your hair shiney and soft and most improtantly straight and i mean straight- you can even curl your hair with this product- get one you wont' regret it!!!! A++++++ corioliss :)

Summary: Save Your Money 2008-03-20
Comment: Sure I received this item a day earlier than expected, but it didn't matter because it was defective when I got it. I tried calling the company to let them know and all I got was an answering machine EVERY time I called, so i emailed instead. A day later I finally got a response and the feeling they thought I broke it. They told me to send it back at my expense of course and the would send me another one. After reading some of the other ratings, (which I should have done to begin with and I would not have ordered at all) I found that defective orders are sent out often. Oddly enough those reviews have disappeared from this item now?? Wonder why? I told them to refund me the money and I didn't want to deal with them anymore, so $20 later in shipping fees to me and then back to them, I still don't have a straight iron. It seems to me that if a company sends a defective item, THEY SHOULD REFUND THE SHIPPING FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
