I've bought CHIs before, and always loved them. This one however I bought from Target and believe it to be fake. It says Made in China on the inside, didn't stay hot, and took double the time of my old straighteners. I ended up going back to my very first Chi straightener because this one did not work well at all. Still very happy with Chi but I wouldn't purchase it through Target.
